Company and Secretarial Services
We act as a company secretary to a number of companies. We engage in the incorporation of different types of companies at the Corporate Affairs Commission and actively participates in the set-up of the companies, offering legal advice and opinions. Solicitors in the firm are present at different meetings of such companies, keep appropriate records on their behalf and ensure that the companies comply with the law and file mandatory returns expected under the provisions of the Companies and Allied Matters Act, 2004 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria at the Corporate Affairs Commission.
